yes, they are well-regarded, but are a (mainly) Tiscali/TT reseller for LLU (not many people know that
)
As already stated, there's no real "overall best"....for instance, I've been with tiscali and therefore now talktalk for pushing 10 years, with no real problems.
Having said that, know your ISP.....if on TT, use the member's forums for tech support as & when you need it, rather than the non-techie script-monkey call centres
See my post Jacko oh and the shortcut is to use twitter (cuts out the 2-3 day delay on the forums)
And I am one of the few :cool: plus their forum geezers recommend doing a speedtest using the Xilo server4.8kWp 12x400W Longhi 9.6 kWh battery Giv-hy 5.0 Inverter, WSW facing Essex . Aint no sunshine ☀️ Octopus gas fixed dec 24 @ 5.74 tracker again+ Octopus Intelligent Flux leccy0 -

You may well be right, as I believe that Carphone owns Opus Telecom which may well be the entity you are referring to. The latter provides services to commercial entities rather than retail services (similar to Openreach and BT Retail). Carphone acquired Opus when it acquired Tiscali.0 -

Probably because it's not actually completely correct.
TTB circuits account for a small percentage of the type of service we offer. Most of the LLU circuits we have are actually C&W or Be/O2 Wholesale, followed by non-LLU BT Wholesale services.

^^^^ as in Matt from TBB forums Matt ??? That would explain why I can't get xilo on my TT-LLU exchange....no Be/O2 or C&W on there. It's the first time I recall anyone explaining the split, despite having asked before about it. Cheers for the info......Gettin' There, Wherever There is......
I have a dodgy "i" key, so ignore spelling errors due to "i" issues, ...I blame Apple0 -
No, we can use them too but the poster was implying that we mainly used them which isn't the case.
