    Bought some Sainsbury Basics ones (8p) today and will try them tonight. Must remember to pop back in here when I have a pen and paper with me to note down that curry recipe!

    I have both from Mr M & Mr T and they are botrh great with Fish & Chips(no hint of mint in either. :)

    I bought 10 tins of the 8p Asda ones yesterday. I make a soup with fried down onion, stock, chopped up cooking bacon, tinned peas/mushy peas/frozen peas (whatever is cheaper) and a handful of sweetcorn. I then blend and season it and add a spoonful of mint sauce to taste.

    Always goes down well :)

    The Aldi ones are far better than the Tesco ones.

    Asda value range ones were down to 6p/tin today! I bought another 10 tins to stash to make soup :D

    got a fair few of the aldi ones - must make fish 'n' chips to have them with!
    3 kids(DS1 6 Nov, DS2 8 Feb, DS3 24 Dec) a hubby and two cats - I love to save every penny I can!
