I dont like people paying for free info.
But its still good he advertises. If I saw it, my instant reaction would be to check google, and then you get it for free.
Is there really any difference to people selling water when its free out of the tap?
Or people on ebay selling above RRP? Or at a higher price than an online shop?

I think the only thing potentially wrong with the listing is if the seller has copied the work of Martin exactly or somebody else. ie: they're selling Martin's letter templates and the guide he wrote. Seller wouldn't have a right to do that I believe. Otherwise, if it's his own work or work which he has a right to sell, it doesn't matter whether the same general info is available for free.
And when awarded your money back, did the banks make you sign a confidentiality agreement?0
