3 months early upgrade 02

Right, my iphone contract runs out in august but I can upgrade 3 months early (from 14th May) according to my online account (this has been confirmed by an agent).
I've been looking around and dialaphone are offering me a good deal for the samsung galaxy note...they say it will be an upgrade and not a second contract - I'm a bit wary - I don't want to end up with a second contract - the deal is much better than I think I'd get upgrading on the o2 website however.
Anyone know if this is legit - could I get some advice?!
Cheers in advance.

It is not clear what you want.
Is it legit? Yes, it is.
Can you have any problems? Nobody can guarantee you that there will not be any.
And normally new customers can get much better deals than upgrading customers, especially than those who upgrade early.0 -

It is pretty clear, actually, but I'm not going to debate that point with you. Of course nobody can guarantee that there won't be any problems...that applies to pretty much anything
What I am asking I suppose is do dialaphone upgrade the same contract or are they sneeky barstewards who create a brand new second contract.
I've never used them before so am wary. Hence my question.
Thanks for your input though
