If a Twelve Year Old Chose to Leave Home, Would They Be Sent Back?

Practically speaking Vikki, at 17 years old could you afford to take on responsibility for your sister as well as your own child. Babies can be cheap, especially if you are breast feeding and using washable nappies and have friends who can hand down used clothes when these are needed. 12 year old girls eat as much as an adult, need clothes regularly as theyy are still growing which are often as expensive as adult's clothes, plus school uniforms, etc. You will also need a bigger home which will cost more.
I am not saying anything about the difficulties of parenting a young teen when only a teen yourself. You know your situation better than anyone. But I would just say that my sister was 5 years older than me and very responsible, but would no way have been able to parent me effectively during my most difficult mid teen years which your little sister is just coming into.0
