My missus works at a hospital and recieved one of these last night. She normally parks on a road but this was unusually full up so she had to park in the hospital grounds for a night shift, but had no money to pay for a ticket.

This was also a parking notice from apcoa.

I know all the evidence points to ignore it, but as she didnt pay in the first place should she pay up?

I think its poor that nurses have to pay £3 a night for an empty carpark, but thats a different argument.

What are you talking about, ignore it?! That's old advice and this is an old thread.

Read threads on the first page or two of the parking forum and start your own please, if you haven't already. She needs to appeal and win at POPLA (with our help) like on other CURRENT threads (unlike this one).
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
