So do you think the best bet is to withdraw £300 once I land? What about the interest rate of withdrawing cash? surely buying it upfront would be the best option?

In my post I meant to say I was planning on exchanging £300 cash in the UK to euros, I believe this 'may' be possible with the clarity card but unsure if they will treat it as a cash transaction??
  • After reading the report, and the three expert opinions, I looked on line with the two banks I am with.
    Lloyds - £100 = €118
    Natwest - £100 = €120

    POST OFFICE £100.00 = €130

I know where I'm going when I do want it for my holiday to Malta in September!
