Does this suggest spam problem on PC or at Onetel?

My parents seem to be unable to send me emails to my home email address as they are being blocked by SpamCop.

This is the msg they get back (domain names and IPs changed)

: host xyz.abc.uk[00.111.222.33] said: 550-Message rejected
- oasis-out-c.onetel.net.uk (sgrsil48.onetel.net.uk) 550-[212.67.###.###]
is in an RBL, see Blocked - see 550

Is this a problem on their machines or is this a Onetel problem? Same problem on both their PCs, though it is through a single connection via a wireless router.

Depends on whether the IP is the one allocated to your parents or the mail server for onetel. Do they relay mail through the ontel mail server or send direct fom their own IP? Im guessing that they forward through onetel in which case the isp needs to deal with the problem.

Either way, running an up to date virus scanner and spyware scanner on both machines wont hurt. Is the wireless network secure?
