My wife and I both purchased our Samsung Galaxy S2 phones about 2 months ago from virgin. Mine has been in repair twice and each time it comes back they say it’s fine as they can't replicate the problem. The touch screen sometimes just stops responding and I am not sure what else to do. I just want a new phone and the refuse to send me one!

What options do I have? All Virgin say is send it back for repair again. The problem rarely occurs but it does and it's so frustrating!
