Yeah I'm with you on that one as well. If you're on commission the last thing you want to do is spent an hour with someone who then wants to go away and think about it.

As you are so hot and keen on grammar, the word is spend not spent.

You bring out the worst in people. I am apalled you consider yourself an educator as from your postings on here I don't think you are a fit person to have any influence over children. I'm so glad that teachers like you are in a minority. I'm not surprised you are a hobby bobby the Police wouldn't pay you. They strive to employ professional people who care about the community not just about themselves.

Whoa there Poppy, this thread has had it's a daft moments to which several of us have contributed, and is certainly a way way off orig topic, but HD's last 2/3 posts have made very very good points indeed with which I for one absoluterly concur.
And I know you have a bias as your partner (I think?) is a copper? But if HD's out there right now (Sat nite) she's as likely to be punched, kicked, stabbed, shot as any other officer, in spite of her hobby bobby uniform. I'm surprised you of all people would be so antagonistic towards her in that regard...

I had vowed not to post again on this thread as I think HD is a troll but she crossed the line - again.

I really can't see the problem in me saying that based on her postings on here - those still here, and those she (or BG) has deleted, that the police wouldn't pay her to do the job. Most people join the specials to try to get into the regulars not because they want to do the job for free.

[X] You have some really fuzzy logic there. Your thinking deteriorates somewhat when you're mad. But it is funny to read :D

Thanks for saying that doitmyself - I appreciate it. There is a lot of sense in what I wrote but she got red mist and couldn't see it.

Having done 15:00 til about 02.15 on Friday I decided to give Saturday a miss. :)

I do however at last have a great name for her next child - ASTRA. Continues with the car theme and Astra and Aston go really well together in my opinion :rotfl:

I did try to get back on topic last night when someone posted a message about how she dealt with call centre complaints by playing the customer's telephone call back to them so they could hear how awful they had been. I pointed out that if her company had a seriously huge amount of complaints then it just might have been the firm's fault in some way. But her post disappeared and I didn't quote it because it was right before mine!

quite frankly HD, if i was the parent of you and astonsmummy the one I would be ashamed of is you!! You have a nasty, vicious streak and that often stems from being emotionally starved as a child - you should be aware of the incredibly bad effects a nasty teacher can have on a child, but as a copper i'd say you are perfect

COLOR="red"]X[/COLOR Can we just clarify something? Am I supposed to be upset by your posts? or offended or what? You can keep trying if you want - hey it is a free country - but you won't succeed.

PS I can't believe you are trying to defend someone who talks like a cowboy:-
"Don't you go cussin' my son!!!"
