NATWEST ISA transfer delay

I sent my ISA transfer forms to NATWEST on 5th April and Barclays closed my ISA account on 17th April. Still the money hasn't shown up in my NATWEST ISA. So that's the 15 days timeframe blown completely out of the window. Useless bunch. Rant over Anyone else in the same position? Foreversummer

Got my compensation cheq from Nat West today and paid it into my First Direct account. I had to fill in another transfer form and take it to my branch, did that last week and hopefully they've got them through now. Will just have to wait and see!
