It will all stop when they get the message, contact your IP about the Halifax via phone or email if they carry on over the next few days, the Bank holidays heve ment thing are still catching up and it all takes alittle time to sort out,

Well, good news regarding Halifax!!
They foned me yet again on Friday!! Needless to say this time I went mental at them!!
However, Halifax were ok which I was shocked at!!
I told them about the IVA, they were sympathetic, and took down Debt Free Direct's details and their reference number.
They were so understanding that they have refunded me the "25 they took from my bank account, AND they are giving me a cheque for £20 for the upset it caused!!
They admitted that there spokesperson on the IVA meeting on the 1st June should have made notes on the systems.
They also agreed to stop ringing me and to remove my fone muber!!
They are going to contact DFD for a copy of the chairperson's report of the IVA meeting.
Feels much less stressed now!!
By the way, Virgin Media cant block numbers as I asked them!!
But hopefuly now with Halifax being more understanding they wont ring me now!!
