I don't want to ask it as it might get upset, but it doesn't like all this new-fangled stuff and its memory isn't what it used to be... :)

  • Mine is -5 days old.. due to be delivered on Monday! yay.

£280 for a decent spec Dell (from the outlet store). 2x2.2Ghz AMD 64bit, 1Gb ram, 160gb hard disk, 128mb graphics (DVI/VGA), small size box. No monitor but i've got a 19" TFT.

    Pretty good eh?

    My current one is 4-6 weeks old - Core 2 Duo E6300, 2 x 1.86ghz with 1GB RAM.

My previous PC was my first and I got it back in Jan 2001 - Pentium 3 (933mhz), 256MB RAM. I added RAM along the way to make it 896MB and it's now my backup.

Be careful who you open up to. Today it's ears, tomorrow it's mouth.

Mines just over 2 years old.
I work for Fujitsu so its a Fujitsu-Siemens that im paying for over 3 years.
The machine should have been £1600+ but im paying around £23 a month for over the 3 years on a computes for home scheme so it works out i only pay around £850 plus £50 buy out at the end of the 3 years and that comes with 3 years warranty.
    Its a 3.4GHz Pentium 4 with 250GB hard drive, 1GB memory, 19" LCD screen and a 256MB graphics card.
In the 2 years i've had it i've had 2 new hard drives, 1 new graphics card and 1 new card reader so im glad the warranty came with it!
Always looking for a bargain and to help
