Cant see the logic ?!?
Hiya,
Can someone explain something to me please ??
I currently have a payg on 3 which is playing up, been trawling around and found a reasonable deal on the 3 website for a Nokia 6280r on an 18month contract at £15/month with 600txts and 75mins included.
I currently spend around £15/month so cost neutral....
I called the 3 salesline and was told that I cant keep my number if i get a contract phone from them......
I could transfer my number to another company (ie orange) and then transfer it from Orange back to 3 if i wanted to keep my number but not internally from a payg 3fon to a contract 3fon.
I really dont see the reasoning behind this ???
yours confusingly !!

seems od you cant go from paug to contract you can on other networks, it may just be this deal you cant get?
you can port it out and back into 3 but most networks have a policy where you cant bring the number back to them for x number of months. but how well thats enforced i dont know
^that i have only seen with contract to contract though (the having to wait months)Yes Your Dukeiness
