Yes they do, but be aware they will do you "buy-out" using credit from the new package you go with. If you have 12 months left, chances are you will only be able to get something if you either don't get a new handset or get a very, very basic handset and have a tariff just as expensive or more than you currently have.
If you are wanting to get out early due to coverage- then that's fair enough, but if you're just after a new phone then it'll most likely end up costing you more.0
