I would be very careful about ordering from these! My order has not yet arrived from a march order. They wont refund my money and keep telling me the Nursery is despatching the order now. Laugh.... I nearly wet myself, the same excuse every time I ring.

My experience is that they don't respond to emails and therefore you have to call them (0871 number @ 10p per min :eek:). Let us know how you get on with the credit card dispute as I may have to go down the same route as the refund cheque they said they'd sent out over a week ago hasn't arrived yet.
