Ive phoned customer services 3 times and I just get put through to the Continental division and they all clueless.

Me too- ordered at beginning of April- nothing received, but money taken. Have e mailed the company (not prepared to use their 0871 no) and have been advised one item out of stock but assured rest is all on its way. That would be fine, if they had informed me, but i had to chase them, and remain unconvinced it will be coming at all after this length of time.

Took an age and two emails before they sent out my bargain geraniums. When they arrived they were very puny and I don't think they'll survive.
I suppose you are getting 12 shrubs for less than £11 so it may be worth a go.

same here, ordered 4th April and still waiting. Had one reply from an e-mail that took them 5 days, im giving up hope of ever receiving my item. i wouldnt order again.

It doesn't let me add the 11 shrub set if I go through Quidco!

And the code doesn't seem to do anything unless I'm doing something wrong?

Total £10.98 but I wanted my 10% Quidco! lol

A pound per shrub is FAB though , just wish there were some working codes to knock some off or a way of getting Quidco to work with the shrubs in the basket :D

At least 7 of these shrubs were in the 99p stores and poundland at the beginning of this year and have been for two years running so just wait and stock up next year (around feb time) and you will save a fortune. Also please be aware that most of these (possible all) are deciduous so they will lose their foliage (leaves/floweres etc) through the winter until spring. The plant will be just bare braches for about 4 months of the year (lovely for the summer though ! HTH :rotfl:

At last , after a morning spent faffing around on 2 browsers trying to get my Quidco with this offer I found there were actually 2 promo codes issued via e-mails , one which worked for me and added the shrub set to basket AFTER going through Quidco & one which wouldn't work so will post the other code under OP's one..

So got it to work & will hopefully get my quid? back from Quidco so 12 shrubs for a tenner delivered isn't actually bad at all & I don't mind waiting as long as they do ARRIVE and are nice and HEALTHY! :T
