I placed an order with this company on 5th April, over a month ago and have not recieved anything. The money has been taken from my account and customer services have told me delivery could take 21 working days - I emailed the extract from their 'FAQ's' (their poor grammar, not mine!) which states 21 days, nothing about 'working' days. They still refused to refund until today when I was told that they'd send my request to their head office, who'd 'have a look at it' and I may receive the refund 10 - 14 days after they've 'made their decision'. Even then, if they refund, it will be in the form of a cheque, even though I paid by card. I asked for my card to be refunded as I have six children including a newborn baby and have neither the time nor the energy to go to the bank, but was told that this would not be possible.
Just my experience but the info may help some of you to decide whethre to order or not...

Are you SURE that is what you get for free? I can't see anything about the offer , though its brilliant if you DO get the 50 quid shrub collection for free!!
