Just want to share some good news after reading many threads about virgin media slashing peoples packages.Rang them yesterday as my 1 year old had lost the viewing card and they told me i had to pay £50 for a new one.I rang back today as i am on 3 for £30 package which because i use home phone during the day my bill is more like £55-£60 a month .I have been so annoyed over night so today i told them very nicely and calm that i wish to cancel all my services i have now got viewing card free no charge,2mg broadband (i will try to up this in a few months did not want to be to cheeky)XL tv package,free local calls anytime 24/7 all for £35 a month so pleased i phoned back today
