Hey Guys have quite a few of Ann Summers Toys and Lingerie left over from Kit, Items are new and most are in original packaging, would like some suggestions of where to sell to get best price, I know you are not allowed to sell Sex Toys on Ebay, but could sell lingerie and fancy dress items on there so would be ever so grateful for suggestions, Have considered Gumtree and perhaps a bootsale but dont think I would get much at a bootsale.

Hi ann summers lingerie sells really well on ebay, i wouldn't recommend having sex toys on display at a boot fair :rotfl:, have you tried the selling groups on facebook, that would be easier as people would be local to you, xPay ALL your debt off by Xmas 2023 #59 £7008 Paid £570 Owing £6438 #1 H1 £151, #2 H2 £100, #3 O £200, #4 M £1500, #5 Z £295, #6 C1 £340, #7 L £1084, #8 N £840, #9 C2 £19300

On a serious note - sorry to be a party pooper - but this could get difficult if you step out of line.
If they are the remains of your stock, you will need to count disposing of them as business transactions.
You will also have to make sure about what the company has asked you to do in your contract with them when you stop selling them. Some of these companies don't like their reps selling stuff on eBay - and as they are still new stock, you will need to see whether you need to return them. Don't just list them as a private seller on eBay without checking that you are allowed to do this."Well, it's election year, Bill, we'd rather people didn't exercise common sense..." - Jed Bartlet, The West Wing, season 4

Thanx for your advice crowqueen, can I just clarify, its not my stock, I'm doing a favour for a friend who has not been a rep for atleast 2 years, she has gone abroad for work reasons and wanted to know if I could do anything with her leftover stock, most of the items are still in packaging so in my mind is still new so I think that company policy does not apply now?( 2 years later) please If I'm wrong correct me, xxxxLOVE isn't finding someone you can live with. My OH does Ann Summers, and any end of line stock to be sold outside of parties has tohave the labels removed.
The other option is to find other active reps and offer it to them when they host parties. My OH bought £350 worth at RRP from the last catalogue for £75, and is selling it at 100% mark-up on party night. It gives the women something to take home there and then, rather than have to wait for their orders to come through. The only downside is that it does not count towards any targets, but it is straight profit for her.<--- Nothing to see here - move along --->0 -

The problem still will be that especially with the clothes on ebay you will suddenly be selling a lot of brand new ex stock- which is going to make you look like a business. So both ebay and HMRC will be interested.
At the very least you are going to risk getting the forced upgrade to business account email from ebay, which will affect your own ability to list on FLWs later.
