Normally they bill you first, then take what you owe them.Can they take that amount with out telling you:mad:

What sort of phone do you have? For these sort of charges sounds like it's smartphone data roaming. Orange have billed you, have you not looked at the bill?0

Hi can any one help, orange have taken out of my account £402. I did take my phone abroad and made 1call to uk and by accident it was put on roaming twice I believe for a total of 3mins
