    Right - update!!!

I got through to the link Fay sent (very much appreciated)
They guy rung me & we had a quick chat before going back to live talk.
He pulled the unauthorised listings (the 2nd lot) and reimbursed my sellers fees which went up to a staggering £1,458.06 (ouch!)
He changed my password again, and also registered a new email address.
Fingers crossed, everything is back to normal.
But since then, Ive downloaded the ebay toolbar, Ive lost my normal toolbar settings! Which is even more frustrating. But thats another job!

Ive tried to register a new email address through paypal, but to no avail just yet. Will contact them tomorrow via phone! Even though the password has been changed via paypal, could the hackers still get into that, when the password confirmation was sent to my registered email address (the one the hackers got) cos according to BT they say unless they know my email password, they cant read my emails! Is this true? My email password was totally different to ebay or paypal!

Im very tired, with a sicky head ache. So Im off to bed shortly.

But just wanted to say, thankyou so much for the help, support & advise!

Several ways of accessing your emails / eBay account

Emails bouncing to another server/forwarded to an old email address, old domains being re-registered

I see that eBay now require 2 bits of info to reset your password, which used to be the favourite way of hijacking once an email account has been breached without the need to Phish

That would be my thought as well. The fact that the hijackers appear to have access to emails suggests they have a way to access more of your info that just ebay and paypal.

As a precaution I would also be changing all my bank log in details and any passwords to shopping sites where items can be ordered with stored information, like Amazon.

If you ask over on the techie board they can do a lot of checking for you and will explain how to get information from your PC to see if you have anything nasty lurking.
