What is a revoked driving licence?

The law was basically changed so that when a driver broke the terms of their insurance, were subsequently uninsured and had an accident, the third party didn't lose out. That doesn't mean you were covered by insurance.
Sounds more like the 'third party' is covered, not you? [because the insurer would then seek to recover their losses from you?]
Is it a EU regulation, rather than an actual statute or amendment? No, I don't think all other drivers are idiots......but some are determined to change my mind.......0 -
A quick update.
She now has a nice shiny new licence no endorsements. The insurer phoned her today to ask why the police were checking up on her insurance. By the end of the call the guy was apparently like putty in her hands and would let the police know she was insured and they would record it as an oversite. I think she did suggest to him that she should be trying to recoup her premiums for 10 years if she wasn't insured.
Not quite out the woods yet and knowing her she is going to escape this one!0 -
