Bank fashion & Yodel...bad customer service

I ordered a cardigan for my partners birthday from Bank fashion's website a few weeks ago. After waiting over a week and still no goods, I rang Yodel who told me that it had been delivered to my neighbour...no such luck..
Anyway to cut a long story short the driver had delivered my parcel to a completely different address, and after telling me to go and find the parcel myself, they delivered it to me some two weeks later.
Yodels customer service is very poor, I have not yet received even an apology for the inconvenience and incompetence of their driver. After several phone calls (premium rate) I have still not spoken to the manager as requested.
To make matters worse, Bank actually sent me the wrong sized item...the garment label said small, their tag said large...so I have now had to return the item for an exchange, only to find its out of stock.
I did ring Bank several times about both the delivery and sizing error, and to be fair one of the ladies was very nice. But again, no apology, just a shrug of the shoulders..I await my refund.
So now my partner didn't get his present, I have a costly phone bill and have lost faith in both Bank and Yodel...
Anyone else had similar experiences with these companies?

Yodel, certainly, a forum search will throw up previous threads. I am at the stage now if I know a company will deliver via Yodel/HDN I don't order from them. The problem is some places use multiple couriers e.g. my Amazon orders can come by DPD, Citylink, Yodel but I've no way of knowing which one until I get the depatch e-mail.0

Seem to recall a thread about Bank contravening DSR's by refusing to refund postage on returns a while ago. They did have some 'interesting' T&C's at the time but thats hopefully changed by now.0

Had several problems with Yodel, previously known as the Home Delivery Network who were just as bad, parcels delivered somewhere else as you have had and parcels not delivered due to their being no one in the office - when there was.
I would write to them, Bank, expressing your dissatisfaction with both their choice of delivery service and the customer service you have received from them.0
