Cheap Blackberry (9300 or later) - any ideas?

My son dropped his smartphone (bought secondhand as an ex-work issue phone) and smashed the screen - we've been quoted upwards of £130 for repair so he says he'd like a new Blackberry instead. Anybody know of any bargains on SIM-free Blackberrys out there? Model 9300 or later - 3G minimum spec.
