Hi
I would persevere with this now, and hopefully they will reach a decision even before then.
This happens a lot, and they have backlogs as well, so many are in the same position, and it's good they have kept you updated, where some do not bother at all.
So wait a little longer and hopefully it will be good news, fingers crossed. The one and only "Dizzy Di"

That is a holding letter. They are required to send it. Why are you not happy with that?I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA). Hi all

my husband took out a loan approx 7 years ago with citi financial, in fact he had 2 loans. they sold the loan on to first credit and the loans are now paid off. we sent the template letter off here on 20th feb to citi finance asking for loan agreements, they sent us a holding letter saying it was being looked at, they have now sent us a letter saying they no longer own the loan and under customer credit act 48 they are no longer obliged to send us the loan agreements
why it took so long to tell us this is beyond me . we are now stuck as to whether first credit would be worth pursuing as we're not sure if they would have the said agreements? help please ... 0
