Bt infinity from o2

Currently im with o2 for calls and internet, and pay o2 for my LR.

signed up via quidco - get £75 cashback

I signed up to BT infinity last night, and rang to give my mac code today, and got told i can't get infinity at the same time as getting my calls?

would be getting the bt line then the bt infinity which would mean having to wait like 2 weeks with no BB

so they told me to get BT total broadband then upgrade it to infinity

so they would have to install the line then activate calls, and if i tried to buy online it wouldnt work?

is this correct?

Are you currently on an O2 LLU service?

just phoned customer services who cancelled and told me to order bt infinity tomorrow, and they both should go over.

sick of being told conflicting information, and as a result i might lose my cashback claim due to the staff not knowing.

I dont mind if my phone goes over first, then the broadband, as long as its in one order.. and it doesnt void my cashback

Mentioned it on the BT forum to you.

You order line rental plus call package and the roadband intend going with.
BT have to claim control of the line again, then put the order through for broadband service.
If your smart like me:D You should be on a rolling monthly contract with O2, i was 14 months ago. Just give notice of intending to leave, you may have done this getting your MAC.

O2 LLU will still work until the line is changed over to FTTC.
I am having the line, calls and FTTC changed over on same day my rolling FTTC contract expires with another ISP, booked two weeks ago.

Reminds me must try that special number, if no good time to find a decent ISP.
