Green light coming into house

Hello.
Not sure if this is the right place for this but anyways.
The last 3 evenings a green beam has been coming into my house. Its coming from a house about 50 yards away. I'm not familiar with these devices.
Is this illegal and what, if any, dangers does this present?

Notify police about this and ask them to have a word with the people in the house where it is coming from.0

...if it is, this highlights one of the potential dangers:The Nd:YVO4 or other Nd-doped crystal is coated on the diode side with a dielectric mirror that reflects at 808 nm and transmits at 1064 nm. The crystal is mounted on a copper block, acting as a heat sink; its 1064 nm output is fed into a crystal of potassium titanyl phosphate (KTP), mounted on a heat sink in the laser cavity resonator. The orientation of the crystals must be matched, as they are both anisotropic and the Nd:YVO4 outputs polarized light. This unit acts as a frequency doubler, and halves the wavelength to the desired 532 nm. The resonant cavity is terminated by a dielectric mirror that reflects at 1064 nm and transmits at 532 nm. An infrared filter behind the mirror removes IR radiation from the output beam (this may be omitted or inadequate in less-expensive "pointer-style" green lasers), and the assembly ends in a collimator lens.
The implication here is that you can cook your eyeball with one of these things. Without noticing.0 -

There does not appear to be any specific laws on lasers, but they could be classed as a weapon. As pointed above, they can and will blind people and animals. So if this person id deliberatley aiming at you, then i can't see why the police could not get involved. But obviously only you know the area you live in, if you are happy to ask the house where it is coming from then probably the best option.Mansion TV. Avoid at all cost's :j0 -

They are a 'problem family'. I've knocked on the door because of anti-social behaviour in the past. Got abuse and threats. 3 male youths aged between 13-16.

Try ignoring them. If their 'prank' has no reaction from you they will probably get bored.0
