I would recommend the cheap ones, what makes you think decent ones will last any longer? If she's anything like my teenage lad then they will get a lot of abuse.

Sennheiser cx200s or cx300s are well-built and last a while for £20 or so.

No idea what they sound like, though.

I purchased a set of Denon AHC260 In Ear Headphones - Silver, from Amazon, currently £19.95

Excellent sound quality, comfortable in use and for a good price.

    Good luck.

Depends how old your daughter is and how much she values her possesions!

If you do go for the sennheisers make sure you buy GENUINE ones. There are lots of sites that sell very poor quality rip offs. (amazon market place being one)
Thanks to those that post the comps!!

    Thanks for the rude reply.

I didn't actually state how old my daughter is! Actually she is very good with her headphones, but they are cheap ones so thought i would invest in a set of better quality ones.

I swear by Skullcandy but they're about £30 (for the in-ear ones, that is. My headphones were about £40!) Great sound quality and build though.

Would these be on-ear, over-ear, in-ear or jammed-into-the-ear 'phones? Any preference at all?

She has the in-ear ones at the moment, but no preference really.

i use sennheiser cx300s for my phone and ipod. Great sound, really comfortable and rugged. Had them for about 3yrs now and still look like new
Smile and be happy, things can usually get worse!
