vodafone vat

currently i have three contracts with vodafone the cheapest one £10.50 was tlldit was free as it was a sim only and because i had took out a extra contract they have now started to charge me for this, also ive noticed that vat is being charged twice . my three contracts are £31, £10.50 (should not being paying) and £25.99 all of them state next to the price including vat, so this should total 67.49 my last bill showed this :

£43.92
Total £77.72
Vat at 20% £15.54
Total £93.26

Whats the £43.92 for?

It looks as though you have gone over on one of the contracts so the standard VAT gets charged for the contract then they show the VAT separately for anything you have gone over with.

The £25.05 is less than what you say, so is it the monthly charge + extras, excluding VAT?
Same with the other one.

You need to clarify what extra charges are on the bills (calls, data, texts etc). :cool:

I have checked there were extra charges that y the 31.00 contract was 43.92. But the problem is that my price plan states the contract prices allinclude vat but there adding the contract together then working out the vat at 20% on the whole bill and adding surely this is wrong

They say £10.50 including VAT.
Then in the bill they say

Is it really a problem?
