Tipping down with rain here now, hubby's finished work & been collected, he's a happy bunny because I reminded him I'd recorded the Megastructure series.
I'm doing lamb chops for lunch with y'days roast pots re-roasted & peas.
Have a good day everyone.
Hugs Hester

Afternoon All
It wasn't a bad start weatherwise here but it's slipping downhill now, it's that horrible drizzle. Still, I have cleared a lot of 'stuff' from the office including some old computer games that were DHs. He hasn't been with us for over 6 years and no-one has looked at them so they have gone in the bin.
Got the clearing bug so will go and look for some more to do and also going to clear the mound of paperwork - mostly filing so shouldn't take long.
Salmon and veg for tea when DD gets in from work and then a nice relax as I don't have work tonight. Take care and enjoy your bank holidays. XX0 -

I had a fab night out last night. The place we went to is a very small town so I was a bit wary, but we had a good laugh. The bar crawl involved going to all 4 pubs twice! Then we went for a curry. I stayed at my friend's, so this morning she cooked me breakfast before I left.
Home now, and don't plan on moving from sofa really! Have plenty of food in cupboards/freezer so will have easy meals.
OS wise - bins to go out
Have a great bank holiday all

Afternoon everyone,
Just popping on to ask for some positive vibes please.
I may have really messed something up for DD2 and even though I have apologised to the person involved I have had no reply.
I am really worried as this may lead to DD2 getting upset.
Thanks in advance.0 -

Moorhen-(((hugs))) to you &sending you lots of posivibes and hoping its not as bad as you think .x
Had a very lazy day today apart from a walk across the fields with the dog.DH came too which is rare.Think he felt guilty because he went out watching our friends son who plays in a band and didnt get home till 2.DSons were out too,and later home than him. After DS2 came in & went upstairs I could hear the dog muttering so went down to find him stuck in the porch but both doors slightly open.Asked him this morning, and he said he let the dog out but forgot he had ,and left the door for him to get back in,but it must have blown nearly shut and he couldnt get back in the house, poor hound.
Caught up with the finale of Homeland which we have loved, just waiting for tea-pizza(not hm:eek:)Have made a spicy fruit loaf in the bm,and a rhubarb crumble though.Smells like its ready, better go xx:heartsmil 'A woman is like a teabag: You never know her strength until you drop her in hot water'.
