This is a fold out piece of cardboard with the dimensions of Letter. Large Letter and Packet drawn on it and cut out slots for Letter and Large Letter sizes, so you can tell whether your item will slip through them or not. V.Useful!

Hey nice link nightswimmer. I had asked at the PO about a sizing guide and they said the plastic one like they use is around £27!!. Still the card one may be useful to some but I think may be likely to wilt under pressure. I force items through my ruler gap!! and has certainly paid for itself in last few months. Stiill anything free from the PO I say go for it. I have- even if it's just for a spare. I hope with all us MSE's claiming their free guides Po will not have to put their prices up!! TOO LATE!!! They already have! LOL0

Well another price increase is hard to take although technically RM won't admit that last August was a price increase when really it was.
I think I am right in staying 1 year ago it cost £1.29 to send a standard dvd box set, now it costs £1.70 & from April that will go to £1.84. :eek:0 -

Thanks for the link. I knew they did these cos got one from last august, but couldn't find where the link was, cos mines a bit battered now."A bargain is something you can't use at a price you can't resist." Franklin Jones0 -
#2 - don't they usually change the colour of the stamps when new prices are issued? Just a thought, before anyone goes out to buy all those books of stamps!Thank you to everyone who posts comps! :A

Doesn't matter. Stamps bought now, marked 1st or 2nd class can still be used after the price increase. I still have a few 1st class Christmas stamps from a few years ago that I still use.
