What rights do we have for our private parking space?

get a bollard fitted, if someone decides to chance it and park in there again, just lock the bollard up, and leave it up.

I probably didn't mention that it has happened several times before, but I was a bit aggravated last night and could probably be forgiven for missing a small detail out. But it's sorted now, so thank you to the people who provided help and advice.

That is what I would do. It does seem OP's neighbour is rather selfish?

Lol, I can laugh now sb but at the time I was furious.. absolutely livid. She'll get hers in a few weeks / months when the dish has cooled.
