BlackBerry Curve 9360 on Vodafone no signal/dead

I bought the BlackBerry Curve 9360 on Vodafone around March time. Today it suddenly lost all signal. I took the battery out and re-inserted it and the signal returned, I then tried to compose a thread on a forum and it said battery too low (it was fully charged) and simply turned itself off. Now it's complete dead
Is there a known issue with this make and model of phone or am I just unlucky?

If bought in March its under warranty, just report it to vodafone.
Try charging it up again - but if its still not working, get vodafone to replace or fix it.0 -
Not known to be a troublesome model, try restoring it from a computer running the blackberry desktop software, failing that, find out what the warranty repair or replacement process is from the store.0
