    Morning all!
Sun's out, WM sploshing round, will need to iron later too.
OS wise have hunted out the holiday clothes, so some more of them to wash later. Couldn't find any sandals I would pay the money for, and wanted a pair of FITflops, so ordered them from booTs website with DDs staff discount, at least I got a few pounds off them!
Dinner tonight is gammon, cauli cheese and new pots at special request of OH, and if it stays dry and I have time will do some weeding and tidying in the garden, the bamboo has gone mad so needs hacked a bit to get under control.
    Have a good day all!

    Hi Guys!

OH & I had a good sleep last night. His knees have been really bad and took Co-codomal last night which he's prescribed but doesn't like taking them as he's unconscious and the last time he took them, I fell and broke my elbow:eek::eek::eek:....so I know he's suffering at the moment. Im hoping his blood tests come back with something, then maybe they can help with either meds or physio of some kind.

The nurses have been in to me this morning and have told OH to take it easy and told DD and her BF that they have to help today as OH needs to rest his legs:D I must admit they have been good so far and Ive heard the WM unloaded into TD and the DW emptied, the hoover go (?) BF asked if we wanted him to do the downstairs windows....cheeky git....I asked him are they that bad:rotfl: They are walking to the shops to buy some gammon on special and we'll just have an easy dinner of gammon, egg and HM chips later and maybe pizza and salad for lunch?....not sure yet. The kids are after £20 to travel somewhere tomorrow, so think they're being extra nice, but if it keeps them busy and out of trouble...thats fen by me:D

Still looking at cars and its still a nightmare! We've decided to go for a cheaper car and save the rest just in case, but theres so many out there:eek::eek::eek:

Have some stuff on Ebay and made nearly £200 last week and a few bits to go on, so it can all go in the pot. Trying to save for a good holiday for either later this year or next year, but will be dependant on health and maybe paying someone to come and help out.

Anyway, Im waffling. Hope everyone has a nice day.

    PP
    xx

Morning, lovely here today too,bit nippy out yet though.Up fairly early for us as next doors builders were hammering away by 8.20.
So my slow cooker is doing its thing with beef and veg-we've got footie this afternoon so I wanted something ready for when we get back.

DH wants to get some of the trees/shrubs cut back, rain forecast for tomorrow.DS2 is taking DGD to a Christening this afternoon,so I've made 2 cards for him(his friends are having both children done at the same time)and I'm quite pleased with them.Got a few bits from Hobbycra£t and Dune1m yesterday while Dh got his hair cut so I can extend my repertoire :D.

I've cut out another of the little dresses for DGD,and made a start but prob won't get any more done today(especially if I don't get off here :))I have tidied out my 'craft'room, and cleared the table of cardmaking stuff so I can sew.Since the room doubles as an office and DH has a job to price up,thought I'd better make it possible for him to get near the computer :rotfl:
    Right,into action-hope you all have lovely days.xx

    Good Morning x
Hope you are doing well this morning x

We have blown the goose eggs and made a Victoria Sponge. Though I have cheated and used Betty Crocker icing (thanks Bitsy for the tip). The sponge is sunflower yellow colour and very light:drool:

Going to have a rest and then plant up some vegetables. Hugs for a good day xx
I must not fear. Fear is the mind-killer.
Fear is the little-death that brings total obliteration.
I will face my fear. I will permit it to pass over and through me. When it has gone past I will turn the inner eye to see its path.
When the fear has gone there will be nothing. Only I will remain.
