ours will only allow 1 per person, in fact they refused me 2 when i had 2 papers and 2 children with me, had to go outside with 1 then go back in and be served by someone else to get a second, i am amazed some allow 50 to be bought!!!

I think my one had 5 max per customer and they had them left well into the afternoon.

Toys r us in Yorkshire are very strict. In fact it's only 1 voucher per customer. I remember last time when a man and his two young children handed 2 vouchers in. The SA explained that it was only 1 voucher per customer. The reasoning? Many people finish work at 5pm and cannot get into the store until then so to make it fair on everyone they hold some back. Good that they do that. But not good when you have 2 or more children collecting.

I agree a limit should be set. Max 5 per customer.

Getting 50 Lego sets is disgusting - Ebay selling -Gggrrr. I've also seen these Lego stes on Ebay before they actually come out - i'm sure some staff 'disappear' some of the lego. From my point of view a limit of 2 or 3 per customer should be set - getting one set of Lego between 2 kids just creates headaches for us parents.

I live in Glasgow - my local WH Smith opens at 10am.

I went every day - they never crossed off the voucher so I'd drive a few minutes up the road to Toys R Us and get another set.

Two very happy children - homeowrk all done with no moaning mum!
    can't wait for this promotion.

    cheers

I have four of the batman jetski already, and I didn't steal them. They have been out in the USA for about a month (they cost $5 there).

Just because someone has something before the UK release date does not mean that it has been stolen.

If you look at some the listing though they are saying will not be sent until 19th May. So these must be the ones who are just bulk buying them to sell on ebay from the promotion. The dates move forward as each one is released.

I do a charity tombola for diabetes uk & we collected 10 of these each day last time they were out, purchased with money from our own pockets,to give away as consolation prizes for if kids did nt win on the tombola,so not everyone buying a lot is doing it for personal gain
