I've just seen some details on Brickset regarding the upcoming Sun promotion which was confirmed today:

Vouchers in Sun 20 and Sun 27 May newspapers can be redeemed either on the day or on the following Monday. Others on that day only.

The following London WHSmith travel stores are participating: Liverpool St, Kings Cross, Euston, St Pancras, Waterloo, London Bridge, Victoria, Paddington, Charing Cross & Marylebone but all other railway and hospital stores are excluded.

30p weekdays, 50p weekends.

Free Lego is back with The Sun/ Starts on Sat 19th May.

Weekday = 30p, Saturday/ Sunday = 50p (paper prices may vary by region)

Saturday: Batman Jetski
Sunday: Batmobile
Monday: Ninjago Ninja Car
Tuesday: CITY Race Car
Wednesday: Star Wars Star Destroyer
Thursday: CITY Police Plane
Friday: CITY Fire Chief
Saturday: Ninjago Hidden Sword
Sunday: Star Wars TIE Fighter

Normally collect from WHSmith or Toys R Us.

Last year there was no option to send off the tokens, but that my change this year.

i sent off the tokens last year, but only received 2 back, i suppose demand is high

how does it work? maybe a silly question but i have never bothered doing it before. how many tokens do you need for each one or can you get one set just from one newspaper???

Each day there is a token in the sun newspaper. On that day you need to take the token to whsmith or toys r us to redeem it for your Lego figure : ) these do run out so go as early as possible x

Yes, they do run out quickly at our WHSmiths. I went one day and there were 3 men at the front of the queue. They each went in and grabbed 50 copies of the paper each. :eek: They then went to the till and paid for the papers and the assistant then gave them 50 bags of lego. :eek::mad: Although I don't think they were too pleased when the young lad behind the desk starting crossing through the vouchers.

I wish they did a maximum per customer, I can get to smiths for 9.30 and not get one :mad: then these so and so's sell them on ebay.

there def should be a max per customer. I can never get to WHSith in time, 8.50 is to late (only opens at 8.30)
