Tesco are trying to win back customers by offering ....

Tesco are trying to win back customers by offering 3p per litre of petrol/diesel for any clubcard customer when you spend 'any' amount in a Tesco Store, like the spend £50 & get 5p per litre off

I wonder how many will take them up on their offer or use Shell/BP?

What have the other retailers affected by the contaminated petrol offered? I somehow missed their full page adverts and offers of full compensation.
Who or what was I before you came in to my life
    I am not sure

More important, did they increase the price by 3p before this offer went up? :D

I wouldn't buy petrol from them now even if it was 10p off a litre - can I trust them? No!

Not giving much away really are they when you have to buy goods first.
Would be more appealing if all Tesco cardholders get 10% off their petrol at the till when paying for remaining loyal customers
This would boost membership to Tescocard as well possibly.

Feel sorry for all those folk whose cars have been laid up and had to find alternate means of travelling.

Cant find anytrhing online for Morrisions

My Bro-in-law filled up his Golf R32 with Super Unleaded at Tesco Ipswich & just got his car back with a £900 bill as it has 4 x (Lambda's) cat sensors.

Don't you think that Tescos fuel will now be more strictly controlled than ever before? They're not going to want to go through this again, it must be costing them thousands.

Seems like a good time to get cheaper petrol.
  • I just filled up £60! should have waited & GOT A VOUCHER!!

Morrisons seem to have stopped selling unleaded in my neck of the woods and there is no mention of a reason or apology regarding the dodgy petrol they might have sold!!!!

Is this Nationwide or just in the contamination affected areas?

I am sure they will but for now I will buy from my nearest shell garage that tends to be 2p cheaper than tescos anyway. Tesco only held their hands up towards the end of this debacle - causing worry and stress for all the people who have forked out for repairs (and the general inconvenience/cost of having a broken down car through no fault of your own).
