Anyone else having a problem with vodafone/blackberry internet?
Title pretty much sums it up
For the past week I've been having problems with the internet on my blackberry - bbm works very infrequently, apps like twitter won't refresh at all, can't get on google/web browser. Things start working again if I put wi-fi on, but this isn't much good to me if I'm not in the house!
Has had anyone else experienced issues recently? Is it likely to be a problem with vodafone, the blackberry server or my phone itself?

Have you tried, battery pull on the device, re-register the phone on the blackberry networks or resend service books?

I tried battery pull which did get it working again for a few hours and then it gave up. I don't know how to do the last two.. :rotfl:0 -
Hi starrybee,
I am sorry to hear you are having some problems with your BlackBerry.
As thatsean has mentioned, resending the service books may resolve this. There is a video on how to do this here.
If you continue to have any problems, you can get in touch with me via the address here with WRT135 FAO Heidi in the subject. If you could also include a link to this thread and a contact number, I will get in touch to help.
Many thanks,
Heidi
