Fraud on Debit Card.

Have to agree with meer on this, having worked in a bank a while back I have seen where fraud was reported on a customers account. The customer never reported the card lost for 2 weeks so the bank only refunded part of the monies.

Moral of the story, it's your money your responsibility look after it.

On the other side it used to be very funny listening to customs jumping up and down with suspicious transactions on their visa statment.

The best was a guy who ranted for 25 minutes only to be told that the code to identify the company told us it was an Internet !!!!!! company.

Lol !! Seen that too many times too !

We usually say it's "adult entertainment" and let them work it out themselves. Although i did once read out a list of web addresses to a customer to shut him up. We'd charged them back as he was adamant they weren't his, the merchants responded with his email address and the sites he'd used.

Some of the words i had to spell as i couldn't bring myself to say the words (if you catch my drift ?) :eek: Some involved animals. We didn't hear from him again.
