Strange that, ,
6 months ago I tried to give away a whole load of old, but all working stuff, 3x PCs (all small hd +Puppy), 2x 17"crt monitors, 2x scanners, 1x printer and 14" tv.
Everything was very popular and urgently sought after, people were begging for stuff, they could even pick up within 30 mins.
However only 2 people bothered to actually turn up, each for a pc, and they were genuinely pleased.

Now it all goes to the tip.

As they say YMMV.

p.s. today someone is asking for an 'XP unused disk/registration code'

You asked for a pc, and got 'snotty' replies, I tried to give stuff away, and people couldn't be bothered to turn up, despite claiming to be 'desperate' or 'urgently' needing one.
