I think my laptop is playing up..yesterday when i logged on bargain birds message said "this is sticky" and later it was the usual first post. bit confused but oh well.

MMC when we create the first post we copy and paste the "this is the sticky" and then later edit the post to add our own [STRIKE]ramblings[/STRIKE] interesting details, so laptop is not playing upI have a gift for enraging people, but if I ever bore you it'll be with a knifeLouise Brooks

Didnt enjoy actual book much (sister by lupton) but we all have different tastes. One of us has a list of all the books we have 'done' -dont think there was a single one we all liked, nor one we all hated.
I've read that too DD - I didn't like it much either, but I lent it to several people who really enjoyed it. Good job everyone's different!0 -
Morning all, i'll join in the chat too if you dont mind. Ive got a spare few minutes whilst i wait for the men to finish eating and i'll start the washing up.
Was up early this morning and was raring to get stuck into the housework but i'd have woken everyone up so i pottered around like a lost sheep before settling down in front of my pc.
I quite like the idea of a pvc dress but i think i prefer leather. I like the way it feels next to my skin.

We are going to see a friend this afternoon. Well she is not really my friend but she has a lovely puppy so that will be my focus:T She wanted to come to see us with her pup but fur will fly as my two are very territorial so we said we would go there. Instantly she started asking OH whether he could help her with her diy whilst we were there. She only ever calls when she needs something. Anyway fuss the pup will be nice as will getting out and about.
Thanks for thinking of me yesterday. I had 6 injections and bloods done at Pain Clinic:eek::eek::eek: It is a good job Im not needle phobic although I have the potential to be - i keep it in check. I always show whoever where to go for the best vein and wont let inexperienced blood takers near me :eek::eek:

Hugs xI must not fear. Fear is the mind-killer.
Fear is the little-death that brings total obliteration.
I will face my fear. I will permit it to pass over and through me. When it has gone past I will turn the inner eye to see its path.
When the fear has gone there will be nothing. Only I will remain.0 -

Good afternoon all
Glad the dress worked Hester and that you didn't break down
Late posting for me, had a lie in this morning as no football. Was planning a slow morning but OH wanted to go into town. Got DS a body warmer half price and then bought some buffet bits as OH has invited friends over to watch the football.
Now home and having a sit down and plan not to move for at least an hour. OH has got the snoker onthink I will demand a sport free day soon before the Euro & Olympics start.
So no real cooking later just a small buffet and nibbles. Have done a load of washing but think will have a house day tomorrow as no plans.

Afternoon All
Hester - thought I was going to choke on my breakfast there!
Hope the Rev is getting about Monogran, and so glad you are enjoying seeing your DS and family.
Hope the poorlies and fed ups feel better soon.
Lovely day again but a bit cold, I have loads of washing on the line including the bedding from mine and DDs beds, had a dust and hoover around and taken the car for fuel and treated it to a wash, I also hoovered out the inside and checked the tyre pressures. It had a new radiator yesterday so hopefully that's it for a while but its getting older!! (A little like myself).
Work again tonight but not in either work till Tuesday so that will be a good rest. Off to see DS2 in Edinburgh tomorrow, we are going to a car boot sale and then meeting up with some more friends that we haven't seen for a long time which will be good.
Hope you all have a good weekend. Take care. XX0
