Hooray! Hooray! Received my e-mail an hour ago, and my stuff will be delivered on Monday, 14th. Only problem is that I do have to be out during the day for an hour or so on Monday, same Tuesday. etc, then away for two weeks. What's the betting they don't follow my request to leave it in my back garden (needs to be signed for), oh the stress!!

Should I have received a confirmation email when I ordered? I placed a small order (6 plates) on Sunday. I did not receive a confirmation email and have not had a delivery email either. I am starting to worry something has gone wrong with my order.

I got a confirmation email immediately after placing the order. Maybe in your spam folder?

I placed 2 orders on the 5th and a third order on the 6th. The order from the 6th came yesterday and the two from the 5th came today. So they can't be packing the orders in the order they were received. It all look fab snap. Thanks so much for the original post.

My orders have been delivered by DPD, they text to tell you which one hour slot the delivery will be or you can track online which also shows which hour. I was old todays delivery would be between 11.14 and 12.14, very precise. I've no idea what time it came as I was at work but they put it behind my gate as instructed. The same with yesterday's too. None of mine were signed for. Hope your in or they follow your instructions. I would have happily driven the 8 miles to the local DPD depot if needed for the lovely bargain Portmerion. Hope I've relieved your stress a little.
