NIBE Service Plan/extended warranty

The 2-year Warranty on my NIBE Fighter 1140 gshp is about to run out andNIBE are trying to sell me their service plan... for a "mere" £218annual premium. cover is for breakdown (part & labour) plus you get anannual service of the heat pump...
IS IT WORTH IT???
NIBE fighter is supposed to be good quality and last 20 odd years (with goodmaintenance), in which case why should I spend £218 a year on unnecessaryinsurance? Or is it not as good as they say it is (hence only 2-yearwarranty?), and the extended warranty is good value for money?
Has anyone had good/bad experience with NIBE gshp reliability after thefirst two years?
My installer does the annual service of both the heat pump and ufh for £200so in theory I can save on that but not much, as I'll still need the ufhserviced...
HELP!!
