Two things i would like to have a moan about i would love for any body to give there advice.I am at present with virgin media used to be telewest firstly my one year old has lost the viewing card ,i have search high and low for it for the last 3 weeks he must have put it in the bin so rang virgin they say i have to pay £50 for a new one .Also i think it is so unfair you have to pay £5 a month if you do not pay by direct debit any body got any ideas especially about £50

Tell them you want to leave. They should put you through to retentions and they'll will do there best to keep you. I threaten to leave them every year and they all ways lower the bill. Check the other treads on here for ideas. I broke the remote once they said i had to pay for it...... I didn't.
