little update council have responded to my report of the state of the carpark, they sent a man to look at the carpark problem, and have said they are currently in the process of trying to secure funding to renew the car park surface, so hopefully at least the repairs will take place, before someone else is injured, it is a seafront carpark with a lot of elderly and disabled visitors along with children, so I hope the repairs take place before someone else has an accident. .. my son had a very painful follow up appointment where the doctor decided the bones hadnt quite set in place so proceeded to manipulate them back in place while he was waiting to have his plaster changed, this was to save on another operation .. my poor son was in absolute agony and i nearly fainted :0 but dont worry still no plans on suing anybody !!! I tend to agree councils need money not suing
