Hello everyone hope today brings goodies and good news. I've got pasta bake for dinner (yum yum) mostly veg with a bit of pepperoni for flavour.

Did my shopping at Aldi last night and what they didn't have I will have to do without until I next need petrol from Sainsbobs. Here's hoping I can make it!

Another miserable day here, although not quite raining!

In office today, got various people coming in and phone calls expected etc etc. May try to slope of early if I can ;).

Not much else to report, not got much planned for long weekend. Have a small amount of uni work to finish off, and may pop in on my parents.

OS wise - ummmm.....I'll get back to you on that!! :rotfl:

Hi all; thanks for the hugs, it means a lot.:o

Dratted shoulder kept me awake all night again. Even morphine doesn't completely block the pain - it's ridiculous! Still, not long til Tuesday and my appointment with the physio-terrorist.

Had a text from the dog-sitting agency - Dylan won't be here til 13:00, so I've got a bit longer to get myself organised. I'm just watching a goldfinch on the garden fence, as I type!:D

Healing vibes for all who are poorly or hurting today; have a good Friday, everyone.

Hello everybody and hugs to all! Dull and overcast with showers threatening complete chucking down here.... Towel wash on. Dinner made last night (mushroom, pepper and red onion balti) but we will need to do a top up shop tonight so we don't have to go out shopping tomorrow. That said OH's wedding driving jobs kicked in last weekend so that's our weekends gone now..... every penny counts though.

Must get chicken wire this weekend as damn cats!!!! Two gingers and now a house at the back has got two black ones - all of which like to come in our garden because we have nice grass and I feed birdies..... Did ask one woman to put a bell on and she was all "oooh but it restricts him".... I felt like saying not as much as I'll restrict him if I get hold of him.... So if anyone has any tips.... This problem all started last year when we had a house sitter for our budgies and he decided to start feeding the local cats (in our kitchen!), until then I'd managed to keep cat presence to a minimum through years of learned behaviour. We won't be using him again..........getting more batteries for the cat scarer as well..... Apart from that not much doing. OH has gone to work on dress down Friday in his patched jeans and is very happy :D Probably won't be on here over the weekend and going to see The Happy Mondays tomorrow night - will be reviewing for the gig site I "do" for and maybe a few sneaky shots.... and my Morrissey tickets have arrived :T - using the very last of the "going out" fund for some time :(

Anyway, I hope everyone has a nice Friday and an enjoyable BH weekend... :D
But I'm going to say this once, and once only, Gene. Stay out of Camberwick Green :D

    Afternoon All
Horrid grey and gloomy here again so no washing ( only got one load any way)
DH had to go to the dentist and he has to have a tooth out next week because there is a big hole underneath it (They could build it up but only if he went private at a cost of £500 +) We don't pay so he said just take it out , then she said about seeing a hygienist at £42 he laughed and said why do you think I don't have to pay, it is because I am on a breadline wage, so no I will pass on that one, so the dentist said that she will do the clean at no cost) NHS dentistry is a joke

Apart from that not a lot going on at Cassa BB today

We have had our main meal at 1pm of lemon and garlic chicken with pasta ...very tasty it was too :D So no cooking tonight :j We will just have a sarnie or something on toast if we are hungry later.
All the washing up is done, so the afternoon is mine. Think that I will watch a film while I catch up on some crochet.

(((((Hugs)))))) to all in need of one especially pen pen, adelight, mmarie, Molly41 and Lame wolf x

Arrived at work to find machine repaired, but no paper delivery, hence more screaming staff.
TBH, I don't think anyone would bat an eye at seeing me in my PVC dress, I'm so short it's nearly knee length, lol.
Hugs to LW, hope you enjoy Dylan's visit, we can't afford a dog & love dogsitting, it's lovely to have them around.
    Have a good evening everyone.
    Hugs Hester
