No, he doesn't have to comply with it. Those choices and their consequences have been outlined above. No law compels anyone to comply with their JSA requirements.0

You have to go, even though you have a job offer.... you'd feel a right chump if you didn't go and then the job was withdrawn the day before you started.... it can happen.
Just jump through the hoops, smile .... and then go down the pub.0 -

Every day I go to work, every day I have to comply with the terms and conditions of my employment, if you want to receive JSA you have to do the same, its what you signed up for!!!!
If you dont want to comply, dont claim, simple......Skint but Debt Free at Last :T0
