    It's unlilkely that it's a change of contract. If an early upgrade is in your contract you have a case. If (as most are) it's simply a good will offer outside the contract then then there no change to contract so nothing to answer to.


    Not great customer service but then again until recently no other network offers an early upgrade terms in side your contract so not a lot you can do about it unfortunatly.
