Who the hell are you to judge me or anyone else.
I held him while he cried, I was the only one who drove him home and I did tell him I'd see the MD but he said stuff 'em.

The manager was someone like you, judgemental as hell.

    I don't do anonymous, I'm not a coward.

Anonymity is not cowardice. There is a reason companies ask you to remain anonymous in such dealings. For safety, security and legal reasons.

So you held him and drove him, and what? I doubt you'd have seen the MD regardless. But i'll give you the benefit of the doubt.

This is not a question of judgement. Its about the will to act. Carry on living your shell of a life in the confines of your safety circle.

Had a similar thing happen as Barneysmom, except not because of an illness but because my colleague was stuck with boss out of office having said not to do something and her director demanding he did. He did the work in the end (30mins worth btw). Boss pulled same routine. Some of us did complain, and what happened? Nothing, permanent manager was backed over contractor.

We did also mention it to his agency though, so they knew the truth. He got the last laugh! :)

Glad you guys spoke up and thought about contacting the agency too! Brilliant! :j

I don't care if you give me the benefit of the doubt, you are nobody to me.
But you have judged me very unfairly without even knowing anything about me.

Not really - she'd done the same (as well as other appalling behaviour) to 6 temps prior to my arrival. It took the 3 before others complained and another 3 of management refusing to do anything before agencies one up.

I'd never advise anyone complained to management unless asked by the person on the receiving end. I would recommend reporting it to the agencies though. Seems to get through.

OP - was your hub friends with anyone in the company who could do something similar?

Agencies are spineless when dealing with clients as they are afraid of losing their commission. Dog eat dog world I'm afraid with regards to agencies always prefer being employed by the company direct.
